As Kar Bilişim, we believe that we all have social and global responsibilities towards the world we live in within the scope of sustainability.
Our primary goals are to leave a livable world to the next generations, to use resources without harming the nature, and to ensure the widespread use of recycling practices.
Our activities are carried out in our head office in accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards.
We are trying to create a level of awareness that supports recycling of our employees and stakeholders with the intention of keeping our waste amounts to a minimum for a sustainable environment. We are working to change their attitudes towards the environment in a positive way by organizing trainings for them to gain personal responsibilities in this regard.
As a company, we separate our waste and try to recycle it.
We are actively involved in digitalization projects within the scope of banking automation, which is among our activities. We carry out R&D activities that reduce paper usage. We reintroduce ATM devices that banks have put out of use to the industry with various revision and modification processes.
We are trying to contribute to recycling by increasing the amount of trees we bring to nature periodically every year.
We allocate a large part of our marketing department's end-of-year promotional budgets to sapling donations.
As Kar Bilişim, our main goals are to protect our national wealth, our forests that make a livable world possible, the ecological balance, and to maximize the measures that can be taken against global warming, to use our natural resources efficiently and to create social awareness in this regard.
3 - HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS
At the end of each month, our workplace doctor conducts a health screening of all our personnel.
As part of the Covid-19 measures, PCR tests are carried out regularly.
We support our employees by providing sponsorships in their sports activities.
4 - QUALIFIED EDUCATION
Every year, we help the schools we choose and in need, and we support the village schools.
We ensure that our personnel receive training within the scope of sustainability.
We provide language training bonuses to support their personal development.

We encourage business creation in new areas and to do business ethically and honestly while creating these opportunities.
We implement occupational health and safety policies in every field, and consider it as one of the basic indicators of our company's work quality and management.

We buy, repair and renew ATM devices that are scrapped and put up for sale by banks and bring them back to the industry. #refurbished #refurbishment
In our office work, we transfer our documents to electronic media and encourage our teammates to use digital.

We separate our garbage to contribute to recycling.
15 - LIFE ON TERRESTER
Every year, we try to contribute to our forests, which are vital habitats for millions of species, by donating saplings on behalf of our solution partners, stakeholders and employees.
